Chris Bhatti is CEO/ Founder in charge of strategic development, finance, and marketing strategy.  Mr. Bhatti has been a Science Instructor at The Hockaday School since 2004 where he also teaches robotics to the middle school and has successfully grown the program to over 60 girls.  He also serves as an Assistant Coach for Varsity Cross Country and Varsity Track and Field.  Mr. Bhatti sits on a Marketing Committee for The Chiapas Project and Recycle to Eradicate Poverty.  He is an active member of the Dallas World Affairs Council, The Greater Dallas Asian America Chamber of Commerce, and the Minority Business Council.  Mr. Bhatti holds his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Psychology from Southern Methodist University, a Master’s of Arts in Teaching from The University of Texas in Dallas, and an Master’s in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. 

Richard Abbondanzio

Richard Abbondanzio is COO/ Founder in charge of daily operations and curriculum development for tutoring and teacher education.  Mr. Abbondanzio has a Master’s of Arts degree in Elementary Education. He has over thirty years of teaching experience and training teachers. For the past eight years he has served as the Lead Science Teacher Chair for The Hockaday School’s grades 1 – 7.   He has worked on development of curriculum from kindergarten through seventh grade in the area of science. In addition, he serves as a mentor for science teachers thus improving curriculum through teacher education.  In previous employment, he has worked at St. Mark’s School of Texas for twelve years, and as a gifted and talented teacher for middle school students.
